Log Homes are not specifically covered by most building codes. In some areas there is not even a building code in effect.

A typical Home Inspection covers the structure, the appliances etc.

A log Home Evaluation does not include the inspection of appliances, floor covering, kitchen cabinets etc.

With a Log Home Evaluation we are more interested in the specific components of a Log Home. We will point out problems and hopefully we can make recommendations regarding how to correct them.
