We check whatever is visible and can be inspected. Therefore, e.g. a deep well pump is not visible, but we can check if it works properly. We will check the water flow and the

accessible parts of your water system.

Septic

We check with the Health Department for the location of your septic tank and drainfield. We check if it is still legal and designed to take process of all your waste water. Sometimes, additions to the house, pool etc. were added without improving the septic system.

We inspect the drainfield for visible defects, like standing sewage, vegetation, trees which grow into drain field, obvious damages from driving on top of drainfield.
