To determine if the finding is mold and what kind it is, a Mold Inspection

and sampling is required.

Specific equipment is needed and we are "Mold Certified".

At this point you should take serious steps in regard to Health Protection. It might not

Stachybotrys, Aspergillus, Penicillium (naming just a few dangerous species).

Mold needs three "things" to grow,

- a surface ( mold doesn't care what kind of surface )
