Mold is one of the greatest risks to your home and health. Mold can be deadly. The removal of mold is very costly. Sometimes, if detected too late, a recovery is not possible and your house is going to be a total loss.

Mold can have different sources - floodings, water leaks, condensation, very high humidity combined with inefficient ventilation.

Excluding flooding, mold starts with a minor problem, a crack, a leaking water line, construction mistakes, a missing roof shingle, an improper flashing, condensation etc.

A mold survey helps to find and point out weak points and possibilities of water infiltration and damages before mold becomes a problem - We call it  red flags !

Sometimes a survey leads to areas where we find MLS. Why MLS ? We see a substance but only a specified lab can prove that it is mold and what kind of mold.
