New Construction Inspection is a very good idea for both the contractor and the owner.

Once or several times, depending on the agreement, we stop by and make sure everything is being done the way it's supposed to.

If we find something wrong, it can be caught before it's covered up. Corrections can be  made before they get complicated and costly.

If everything is in order and to the specifications of plans and installation instructions,  payments can be released.

NOTE: This is not a Code Inspection.

Usually we make between two and four inspections per object.

Plus any necessary / required re-inspections for an additional charge
